This academic institution was formally established on 27^th Paush in 2018 B.S. It was established with the initiation of the social worker Late Shree Ram Karmacharya under the chairmanship of the then Head of the Village Committee (Pradhan Pancha) Late Devi Bahadur Thapa. Late Resham Bahadur Thapa, Shree Chhetra Bahadur Thapa and Shree Arjun Thapa were the members of the School Management Committee. It is known from the management committee members Shree Keshav Bahadur Thapa and Arjun Thapa that this historical institution was established in Jyalachiti of Panauti Municipality.
